Junior Partner Seric Fallon focuses his practice on litigation including insurance disputes.

Seric has nearly two decades of litigation experience handling state and federal matters arising from property damage, theft, loss of use, business interruption, professional errors and omissions, and “bad faith” claims handling. Mr. Fallon is licensed to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

A native of Los Angeles, California, Seric obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Webster University in Leiden, the Netherlands. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to earning his law degree, Seric worked as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM focused on the telecommunications and digital entertainment sectors in EMEA and the Americas.
