The key to implementing strong and enforceable employment policies is compliance with a wide range of federal, state and local laws.  We counsel clients on employee handbooks, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, anti-discrimination policies and training, workplace violence, workplace investigations, family medical leave, worker’s compensation issues, military leave, terminations of employment, and wage and hour laws.  Our attorneys can facilitate workshops for all employers regarding topics such as wage and hour compliance, anti-discrimination and anti-harassment, and how to properly conduct an on-site investigation of an employee’s complaint.  The firm has also provided service in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry representing PEOs and PEO clients on diverse matters.
