Ana Maria Mendez Gonzalez is a corporate and transactional attorney with over 30 years of experience in the following areas:

Early in her career, and for more than 10 years, Ms. Gonzalez worked as in-

house counsel for a publicly traded medical device company serving in

multiple roles, including, Assistant General Counsel, Director, Secretary, and

General Counsel. Prior to forming her independent professional association

and joining Zumpano Castro in the Of Counsel role, she was a partner at a

boutique business law firm.

Ms. Gonzalez is a member of the Florida Bar and earned her juris doctorate

degree in 1983 from the University of Miami School of Law.
