Patricia Montes de Oca, Esq.
Patricia Montes de Oca focuses her practice on First Party Insurance Defense and Complex Commercial Litigation Disputes. She successfully has handled complex commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract disputes, foreclosure, intellectual property, employment law, the Uniform Commercial Code, construction, among others. She was judicial intern for the Honorable Donald M. Middlebrooks, United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Patricia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College. She attended Harvard University and L’Institut d’Études Politiques & L’Université d’Aix-Marseille in France.
Patricia is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is fluent in Spanish and French.
