Michelle Deeb, Esq.
Michelle M. Deeb focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, Labor and Employment, Mortgage Foreclosures, Creditor and Debtor Litigation Cases, Bankruptcy, Real Property Litigation, Tenant Evictions, Condominium and Homeowner’s Association disputes and arbitration, and Consumer Credit and Debtor issues. Michelle has been responsible for different facets of litigation, including drafting and filing of complaints and motions, hearings, and defense thereof. Her dedication and involvement with the development of the firm’s litigation practice has been integral.
Michelle earned her undergraduate degree from American University in 1995 and soon after achieved her Master’s Degree at Barry University in 2002. Her love for the law and persuasive writing skills prompted her to attend law school at Florida International University’s College of Law. While in law school, her scholastic achievement was exceptional and she was a constant on the Dean’s list. In 2016, she placed 1st in the much esteemed Bedell Mock Trial Competition, Florida’s premier and most prestigious trial competition. Her current memberships include the Cuban American Bar Association.
A member in good standing of the Florida Bar, Michelle is duly qualified to practice in all state trial and appellate courts throughout the State of Florida. She is also licensed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is currently pending admission in the Central and Northern Districts of Florida.
