Michael A. DePinto graduated with his Juris Doctorate degree from Capital Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 2013, with an emphasis on alternative forms of dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, and negotiation. Since passing the Florida Bar, Michael has focused his career exclusively in first party property litigation.

Michael is a native of New Jersey but has been a Floridian since 1999, currently living just outside of St. Augustine. Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael can often be found at the local gym, pursing any and all types of sporting events as an avid sports fan, or spending time with his faithful canine, Daisy. Michael has also dedicated his time over the last sixteen years to working with people suffering from substance abuse.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Michael enjoyed a long career in financial sales as a stock broker and financial planner, mortgage broker, and life, health, and variable annuity sales.
