Garrett Roberts is Counsel - Head of Tampa Office with the firm. Garrett has years of experience representing clients in litigation, construction law, and bankruptcy as well as employment related matters. He has represented entities in a variety of industries, including banking, private equity groups, real estate developers, commercial landlords, manufacturers, contractors, and other companies in sophisticated commercial litigation and payment disputes. Garrett has also represented contractors, property owners, developers, and other companies in many aspects of litigation, such as contract disputes, commercial evictions, and construction defect claims.

In addition to his litigation practice, Garrett uses his experience and knowledge of real estate, lending, and construction to effectively counsel clients in drafting and negotiating real estate agreements, construction contracts, leases, loan documents, forbearance agreements, and workout documents.

Garrett is licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas. Before relocating to Florida, Garrett was a Partner at a mid-size commercial real estate and financing firm in Dallas, Texas.

Garrett is daily inspired and grounded by his wife of nearly a decade and their young daughter. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys watching Ole Miss sports, fishing, camping, biking, and generally getting outside to explore the great landscapes of Florida and the U.S.
