Alejandro Perez is a Partner whose law practice focuses primarily in the areas of first party property insurance litigation, insurance coverage and carrier representation.

Mr. Perez graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as a member of Seton Hall's Interscholastic Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, Mr. Perez attended St. John's University, where he graduated summa cum laude with honors and was a member of the Skull & Circle Honor Society as well the Golden Key National Honor Society. While there, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  After law school, Mr. Perez served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

He is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Florida, New York, New Jersey and is also admitted in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the District of Columbia Circuit. Mr. Perez also advises insurers and self insured entities on compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. Mr. Perez has also represented debt collectors in consumer litigation.  Finally, Mr. Perez has also handled numerous appeals in a variety of substantive areas.  His diverse practical experience has also resulted his accumulating an equally diverse set of published opinions.
